1. General Provisions

  1. The website is operated by the company:

  2. These Regulations define the rules for placing orders, concluding sales contracts, fulfilling orders, and the rights and obligations of the parties.

  3. The store sells handcrafted furniture and furnishing elements, made to the Client's individual order.


2. Product Characteristics

  1. All products offered on the website are made to order, according to the specifications chosen by the Client.

  2. Products are not prefabricated or warehoused – each item is created individually after an order is placed.

  3. Due to the nature of production, the following are permissible:

    • slight differences in color,

    • subtle differences in finish,

    • individual characteristics of materials.


3. Placing Orders

  1. Orders can be placed through the online store.

  2. Placing an order means:

    • acceptance of the Regulations,

    • an obligation to pay.

  3. The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.


4. Prices and Payments

  1. All prices provided in the store are gross prices, unless stated otherwise.

  2. Available payment methods:

    • traditional bank transfer,

    • electronic payments.

  3. The Seller requires full prepayment before commencing order fulfillment.


5. Order Fulfillment

  1. The order fulfillment time is indicated for each product or determined individually.

  2. The fulfillment period is counted from the moment of:

    • payment being credited,

    • final confirmation of order specifications.

  3. The Seller reserves the right to extend the fulfillment period in case of:

    • unforeseen events,

    • delays in material deliveries.


6. Delivery

  1. Delivery is carried out in Poland and selected EU countries.

  2. Delivery cost within Poland is free.

  3. The Client is obliged to check the product in the presence of the delivery person.


7. Right of Withdrawal

  1. In accordance with Article 38 point 3 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal from the contract does not apply to products:

    • made to order,

    • non-prefabricated,

    • customized to the individual needs of the Client.

  2. All products offered in the store meet the above criteria.

  3. Therefore:
    The Client is not entitled to a return or withdrawal from the contract after the order has been fulfilled.


8. Complaints

  1. The Seller is responsible for the conformity of the product with the contract.

  2. In case of discovering a defect, the Client has the right to submit a complaint.

  3. Complaints should be submitted via email or in writing.

  4. A complaint should contain:

    • Client's details,

    • description of the defect,

    • photographic documentation.

  5. The Seller will process the complaint within 14 days.


9. Liability

  1. The Seller is not liable for:

    • improper use of products,

    • damage occurring after delivery,

    • natural wear and tear of materials.


10. Personal Data

  1. Clients' personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

  2. Detailed rules for data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy.


11. Final Provisions

  1. These Regulations are governed by Polish law.

  2. In matters not regulated herein, the relevant provisions of law shall apply.

  3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Regulations.
